Parties of 8 and above are provided with a special  3 Course Lunch or Dinner Party Menu for the month of your reservation.  The menu can be emailed to you for simple distribution to your party members to pre-order from. Alternatively a menu can be collected from the restaurant. 

 

Large Party Terms and Conditions

A £10 deposit per person for Dinner Bookings/ £5 deposit per person for Lunch Bookings must be received within two weeks of you making your provisional booking in order to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If your numbers reduce less than 24 hours prior to your booking without notification you may still be charged the full amount for missing party members.

Your pre-order must be received at least two days before your booking. This can be emailed to AscoughsBistro@aol.com or delivered to the restaurant.

A 10% service charge which is payable on the day will be added to your total bill.

We reserve the right to cancel any functions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Any dietary requirements must be notified prior to the date of your booking
